According to manner Mondy & Noe (2005) cited in Radzi et al. (2016), Best Practice Model or the approach mainly
emphasizes the best and ethical organizational practices and procedures that
can be adopt by the Human resource management function of the organization for
proper efficient and effective functioning of the organizations process, by
applying the best practice methods in the work environment can avoid social and
racial discriminations and can organized the culture to facilitate all the
employees in equal.
There are
number of Best Practices have been produced. The list of best practices
produced by Pfeffer (1998)
is as follows:
Moreover, these best practices can be
categorized under two branches as;
- External Best Practices
- Internal Best Practices
Hi Sadaruwan, According to Armstrong (2006) Best fit is more important than best practice, there can be no universal prescriptions for HRM Policies and practices.

The term is used frequently in the fields of health care, government administration, the education system, project management, hardware and software product development, and elsewhere ( Gordan and Kaswin 2010).
