Introduction to Best Practice Model

    
          Business objectives are accomplished when human resource practices, procedures and systems are developed and implemented based on organizational needs, that is, when a strategic perspective to human resource management is adopted.
(Baird and Meshoulam, 1988)
According to manner Mondy & Noe (2005) cited in Radzi et al. (2016), Best Practice Model or the approach mainly emphasizes the best and ethical organizational practices and procedures that can be adopt by the Human resource management function of the organization for proper efficient and effective functioning of the organizations process, by applying the best practice methods in the work environment can avoid social and racial discriminations and can organized the culture to facilitate all the employees in equal.
There are number of Best Practices have been produced. The list of best practices produced by Pfeffer (1998) is as follows:

Moreover, these best practices can be categorized under two branches as;
  • External Best Practices
  • Internal Best Practices

I agreed with you and also best practice is a technique or some methodology that, through experience and research, has proven to reliably lead to a desired result (Cormican, 2004 ).A commitment to using the best practices in any field is a commitment to using all the knowledge and technology at one's disposal to ensure success. The term is used frequently in the fields of health care, government administration, the education system, project management, hardware and software product development, and elsewhere ( Gordan and Kaswin 2010).

Introduction to Best Fit Approach

Best Fit Approach simply refers when selecting employees to the job, the job responsibilities and duties are assign them to the qualification that they are capable of. To apply the best fit theory, Attitude tests is done when the employees are interviewing to the job. Most of the organizations use (MBIT) Myers-Briggs a special type of indicator to determine the best fit (Kuipers et al, 2009).  According to, Pittenger (2017) is reasoning about the MBTI method to select employees to Best Fit.
